As one of our valued customers we would like to thank you for your  loyalty to us! When booking through Anna’s using our company owned  vehicles or our affiliate world wide network, you are earning points  towards future rides.          

Once you have an active profile, Anna’s reservation system will  automatically track your frequent rider participation that is calculated  at the end of each month.

          You receive 1 (one) point per every dollar you spend. Points  are awarded on base fare, stops made, late nights or early mornings,  meet and greets as well as wait time. Discounts and coupons are taken  off from base price fare.

**Points are not issued on taxes, tolls, tips, or service charges, as  well as having no cash value.  Reservations that any points are applied  to do not accumulate points. We at Anna’s recommend that you save  enough points to cover complete value of a needed/upcoming reservation**

If more than one loyalty reward participants share a vehicle, only 1 reward member can receive credit. Loyalty Rewards Program is based on  individual passenger transportation and can only be used on that same  person’s profile transportation. Points can’t be transferred from one  profile to another.

If you are not a client yet and want to  join our program, simply call our office during business hours and we  will happily set you up to start earning.

Any and all earned Points will be forfeited in the event the profile has no completed reservation activity for 18 Months.
